ibus-el software package provides IBus client for GNU Emacs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ibus-el
ibus-el is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ibus-el package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ibus-el *
You will get with ibus-el package name, version, architecture and description in a table
